TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Last Updated: JUNE 2 | 2026
Welcome to Project X. By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, submitting forms, attending our events, or interacting with our digital channels, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Project X is a nightlife, music, and entertainment experience designed for adult audiences. These terms govern the use of our website, ticket purchases, event attendance, and the relationship between attendees, Project X, partner venues, vendors, platforms, and third-party service providers.
1. Website Use
The Project X website is intended to provide information about our events, cities, experiences, partnerships, ticket sales, city requests, promotions, and brand-related content.
By using this website, you agree not to engage in any activity that may interfere with its functionality, security, availability, or integrity. You may not use this website for fraudulent, illegal, abusive, automated, or harmful purposes, or in any way that may damage the reputation of Project X or any related third party.
2. Minimum Age
Project X events may be restricted to adults only, especially when held at venues where alcohol is sold or consumed.
For events in the United States, entry may be limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, depending on the event type, venue, city, and applicable law.
Project X and/or the venue reserve the right to request a valid government-issued ID before granting entry. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee admission if the attendee does not meet the age, identification, code of conduct, or venue requirements.
3. Tickets and Event Admission
Purchasing a ticket grants the holder a limited, revocable, personal license to attend the specific event listed on the ticket, subject to availability, validation, venue rules, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
Project X reserves the right to reject, cancel, or invalidate tickets in cases of fraud, unauthorized resale, duplication, suspicious activity, violation of policies, or any situation that may compromise the safety or integrity of the event.
Tickets may be sold or managed through third-party ticketing platforms. In such cases, the terms, fees, policies, and conditions of those platforms may also apply.
4. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the official ticketing page, all sales are final.
Refunds are not guaranteed for personal schedule changes, inability to attend, lost identification, failure to meet age requirements, late arrival, denial of entry by the venue, or violation of the event or venue rules.
In the event of an official cancellation, Project X or the ticketing platform will communicate the applicable refund or credit process.
In the event of a date change, venue change, schedule modification, lineup change, or production adjustment, Project X will communicate updates through official channels. Such changes do not always result in an automatic right to a refund unless required by applicable law or the ticketing platform’s policy.
5. Event Changes
Project X may modify the event date, time, location, artists, DJs, format, layout, production, services, or any other event element when necessary due to logistical, weather-related, safety, technical, contractual, legal, or force majeure reasons.
Project X will make reasonable efforts to communicate major updates through the website, email, social media, or ticketing platform.
6. Right of Admission
Project X, the venue, security personnel, and/or event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the event without refund.
Admission may be denied or revoked if an attendee:
Presents invalid or insufficient identification.
Does not meet the minimum age requirement.
Appears visibly intoxicated.
Engages in aggressive, violent, discriminatory, or abusive behavior.
Violates venue or event rules.
Creates a risk to the safety of others.
Attempts to bring prohibited items into the event.
Participates in illegal or unauthorized activities.
7. Code of Conduct
Project X is committed to creating intense, memorable, and safe experiences. All attendees must behave respectfully toward other attendees, staff, artists, DJs, vendors, security personnel, and venue representatives.
Harassment, violence, discrimination, non-consensual physical contact, intimidation, threats, vandalism, illegal substance use or distribution, and any behavior that affects the safety or experience of others will not be tolerated.
Violation of this code may result in immediate removal, restriction from future events, and/or notification of the appropriate authorities.
8. Alcohol and Responsible Consumption
At events where alcohol is served, consumption is subject to local laws, venue policies, and age verification.
Project X promotes responsible consumption. The venue and/or its operators may refuse alcohol service to anyone who does not meet legal requirements or appears visibly intoxicated.
Project X is not responsible for personal decisions related to alcohol consumption, transportation, driving, individual behavior, or consequences resulting from failure to comply with the law.
9. Photography, Video, and Image Release
By attending a Project X event, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, recorded, or otherwise captured in audiovisual content by our team, media partners, content creators, photographers, videographers, approved drones, venue cameras, or other attendees.
You authorize Project X to use your image, voice, likeness, appearance, and participation in photographs, videos, recaps, advertisements, social media posts, website content, promotional materials, digital campaigns, and brand-related communications without additional compensation.
If you have a specific request regarding the use of your image, you may contact us through our official channels. Project X will review the request reasonably, but removal of content already published or shared by third parties is not guaranteed.
10. Personal Belongings
Each attendee is responsible for their personal belongings. Project X is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal items during the event.
Lost items may be turned over to the venue or handled according to the venue’s lost-and-found policies.
11. Risks of Live Events
By attending a Project X event, you acknowledge that live events may include loud sound, intense lighting, smoke, visual effects, crowds, wet surfaces, pool areas, open-air environments, weather changes, movement of people, and other elements commonly associated with nightlife experiences.
Attendees assume the reasonable risks associated with participation and agree to follow all instructions from staff, security, and venue personnel.
12. Intellectual Property
All Project X logos, names, designs, texts, photographs, videos, graphics, concepts, brand materials, and content are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, exploit, or use Project X content without prior written authorization.
13. Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to external platforms, social media accounts, payment processors, ticketing services, partner venues, or third-party websites.
Project X does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, practices, availability, or security of external websites. Use of third-party websites is subject to their own terms and policies.
14. Limitation of Liability
Project X shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, technical failures, third-party actions, venue decisions, weather conditions, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Force Majeure
Project X shall not be responsible for delays, changes, cancellations, or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, emergencies, government restrictions, technical failures, security concerns, natural disasters, civil disturbances, pandemics, venue decisions, supplier failures, or any other force majeure event.
16. Changes to These Terms
Project X may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will be posted on this website with the latest update date.
Continued use of the website or participation in events after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
